Rules

1. In order to win award, person must be still missing during current calendar year

2. No part of the person may be discovered during said year.

3. Person must have some level of notoriety either before or after dissappearance.

4. Person must be missing for a minimum of two weeks and must have a report filed with local police department.

5. Persons may not submit themselves for consideration.

6. If a person is discovered, alive or otherwise, they are immediately disqaulified no matter the length of their dissapearance.

7. Any suggestion of vote tampering will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Person must be physically absent, not emotionally or psychically missing.

9. If a person is found to be missing of their own will after award is issued, said award will be revoked.

10. If a person is discovered alive or dead after calendar year in which they dissapeared, award will still be valid.

11. Family and friends of missing persons are not permitted to vote.

All votes are calculated by the accounting firm of Hauptman, Hearst, and Mitchell.
